Hi All. Can anyone tell me how much drop one would get if they installed the Explorer rear in a ranger and mounted it on the top of the springs? I'm afraid it will be more than I want and thought I would ask here. Thanks in advance.

5 in and some change

thanks! that’s about what i thought it would work out to be. in your opinion is that a reasonable amount for a truck that will see mostly cruising around ? also any opinions on what to use on the front? springs? beams? etc this is my truck. thanks again

nice.

i wouldnt change a thing.

but...tune the rear height with shackles and shims....and typical drop beams up front for the easy button on lowering.

but a crown vic cradle swap and rear irs swap from say a stang or a bird or mark 8 would be wild...
