explorer 5.0 with 93 ranger 5 speed or c4 auto?

Does anyone know of the Explorer 5.0 will bolt up to the 4.0 the speed or a 60s c4 Auto?
Or should I take transmission and t-case from explorer too?
Also this is going into a 93 ranger with eb Dana 44 front

The Ranger 5 speed will not bolt to the 5.0. The C4 will. If you pull the transmission from the explorer it will more than likely be a 4R70W and an all wheel drive transfer case. If you want to stay 5 speed you will need a 5 speed out of an F series 1/2 ton.

so, doing a 5.0, and a 5 speed out of a 2001 f150 from a 4.2 v6, what transfer case should I look for, it was a 2 wheel drive. I want a manual shift transfer case, so a 1354? and what did it come in? this is for a 1993. also, what flywheel, is the 4.2 imbalance the same as a 5.0, along with bolt spacing to crank?
