EVAP leak during the CALI SMOG test

MY truck passed all the smog test with the exception of the EVAP test.

The smog guy said I have some leak in the fuel evap system. After trouble shooting looking for the leak with a smoke test. I found the leak to be on some rubber gasket thing attached to the fuel tank. I don't know the name of the component.

If you know whats it called? please let me know so I can buy a replacement part.

my truck is a 1994 ford ranger 4.0 XLT super cab

Got the new gasket off Amazon for about $9.
PART # F6TZ-9B076-AA
Fuel Vapor Valve Seal

Retested with smoke test. Found smoke coming out again near by but in the Ended up being a disconnected hose. Found the hose reconnected it and Passed EVAP test.

Smog Test Results 10.8.15

Just wanted to share my smog test results so others can compare numbers of their vehicles.

Ran the smog test on the truck three separate times.

1st FAIL EVAP. PASSED EMISSION
2nd PASSED EVAP. FAIL Emission "Found Disconnected Hose"
3rd PASSED EVAP. PASSED Emission "New Spark Plugs, Wires, Ignition Coil, Air Filter, and Changed Oil.
