I’ve got a 1987 Ford Bronco 2. It had some engine wiring issues when I bought it. So I had a 1989 ford bronco 2 harness that I put on there for the mean time and It would run rough and burn really rich. I found out that the signal return wire for the computer was at 5 volts witch it should only have 2-3. So I found a wiring harness for my Year bronco but it’s for an automatic which mine is a manual. I was wondering if they are interchange between manual and automatic?

Should work. You have to do some stuff with the neutral safety switch wires and use your clutch switch instead. The wiring diagrams in our tech library should have the info you need.
