engine cut off while driving

I recently changed my engine and transmission from automatic to standard. I drove it for about 5 miles then the engine cut out. The engine cranks but has no spark. The fuel pump is working. Engine will not start now. Any suggestions on the problem? Thanks.

Could it have anything to do with the park/neutral to clutch switch?

Power to the coils with no start?

Jim...wouldn't a bad clutch switch prevent even the starter from engaging?
