I'm basically almost done putting my engine back together however there is one plug that I cannot find the connection for the life of me. It is connect to the wire pack that supply electric to the fuel injectors on the passenger side. If someone has a 2001 year or close 3.0 ranger if you don't mind popping the hood and seeing where that wire leads I would appreciate it or if you know where it goes that would help me heaps !! See pictures below.

Thanks in advance !

Connection looks like this....

Without looking, I think that goes down to the crank position sensor on the crank.

The above post is correct. The other longish wire goes to the MAF

I will check it out when I get home from work. You guys probably will save me a good 2 hours of looking hahaha. Since we couldn't get the car running I would hope that this disconnected wire would/could be the sole cause ?

Man you guys kick ass.. I don't know why I never signed up on here a long time ago.. Very knowledgeable and helpful !! Thanks all !!
