There are a few questions I have on the egr valve.
1. I am not getting any vacuum to the EGR valve. The control is to an electrical controlled box on the passenger side firewall. Is there a test to this.
2. I am getting three codes from the ecm
a. 31 EGR control
b. 22 map pressure out of range
c. 02 High fuel on the 0x sensor.

3. I take the electronic control off the back of the egr valve, and when I acuate it, it does change engine idle.

4. Man i'm stuck

You probably need a new EGR vacuum solenoid, or an EGR position sensor. As for the codes, fixing the EGR should take care of all of them except for the oxygen sensor code. A new 02 sensor will more than likely do the trick for the 02 code.
