I'm missing the rear bolt/stud (?) where the EGR bracket is bolted to the exhaust manifold on the passenger side. Does anyone know what size I'd need to replace it?

The exhaust bolts into the head I believe are 10mm standard pitch if memory serves, I can confirm tomorrow evening...

Ford and their friggin bolts with studs out the top, you're likely not going to find a 10mm thread bolt of the right length with a 8mm stud sticking out the back...

@scotts90ranger Honestly, I'm most concerned with remediating the exhaust leak. The forward stud for the bracket is still there and seems to hold it in place just fine.

Any additional info on the size of the 10mm that sits in the block would be great!

Ok, the 3 different fastener sizes involved are the threads into the head are 10mm coarse threads and those two are likely 55-60mm long looking at my '97. The stud sticking out of the back of the heads are 8mm threads, my rear one has the lifting eye stud broke off too like yours oddly... The two bolts holding the EGR flow sensor to the lifting eye bracket are 6mm thread by like 15mm or whatever, pretty short, on mine the lifting eye bracket is tapped and there's just two bolts into it.
