i am curious. i was searching craigslist, and i found an eaton m90 supercharger from an 1989 tbird supercoupe. and i am curious as to wether it would fir on a 95 4.0L ranger. and if so what is needed to do this. the guy is asking 200 for the charger and plenum. if you can help i would greatly apreciate it.

Are you talking about the one on seattle craigslist? I picked that up this morning, talked him down to 150. Actually didn't take very long for me to get it running tonight. still need to fiddle around with the boost level but man this thing is screaming fast!! Best 150 I ever spent!!











OK I'm just kidding, I didn't get it. I'm pretty sure you'd need to do a fair amount of custom work to make that fit your 4.0 (like a different lower intake manifold), but I'm sure someone with more knowledge will give you the low down. It's definitely been done, though. Check out the forced induction forum.

Contact Thomas Knight. Google for the phone #, the kit is like $4000 for everything but the supercharger, it is not listed on the website. Not worth the money IMO.
