My credo
If you can't go through it or around it, then go over it.
After a full day of playing with it, I think I like the Incredible better. I like the incredible's keyboard better, the incredible is easier to navigate, and the Incredible's widgets are more user friendly.

Props for the X:

Better sound quality
longer battery life (only had to charge it once today as opposed to twice)
Better video
more memory and storage

The Droid incredible is more intuitive than the Droid X, it took longer to figure things on the droid x out..... and it freezes more than the incredible. And I will mention this again... the keyboard sucks. You have to press the 123 button to get numbers and symbols, on the incredible you can press the 123 button or press and hold on any key works like a function key. Also there is no button to hide the keyboard.......... you have to press the back button to hide the keyboard and if the phone decides to be slow or you over press it you have to start what you were typing all over again. Not as many free apps for the X but that may change.

All in all it is still a kick ass phone and i will keep it because of the better sound quality and more powerfull antenna.

Function over form the X wins, the Icredible is tops for elegence and intuitiveness.

You might want to get that Droid checked out. I had one, to test, for a day and it never gave me a moment of trouble.

It did take a minute to figure out the menus but after a little while, it became pretty easy to get where I wanted to go.

I forgot to mention that when I took them (yep, I bought two) out of the box and put the batteries in they would not work. Took the batteries out and the battery contacts were bent. Had to use a jewelers screw driver to fix them.
