My brake light on the driver's side does not work. I have three wires on the connecter:
Brown: Tail/Running Lights w/ Headlights On - Good
Black: Ground - Good
Green w/ Orange Stripe: Turn Signal & Brake Lights - Bad

First time someone told me it went out I didn't have multimeter or test light with me so just put new bulb and it worked. Second time I had those, so I tested it. Was getting no power on that wire. Used the other taillight as good ground and power reference to test. Power definitely bad. Used my turn signal and started blinking. Then tried the brake and it worked. So, my question is, what is causing this to intermittently work and how do I fix it?

It could be a bad turnsignal switch. What you can try, take the hazard button and rapidly move it on and off about 10 times. See if that helps it out. Sometimes the hazard part of the switch can get dirt in it from not being used The turns and brake signals have to go through the hazard part of the switch, and then the both of them go through the turn signal switch. That is how that one part of the bulb in the rear does double duty as a brake light and a turn/hazard light.
