This is like doing a research paper without writing the paper--instead you turn your research into a cool truck.

I am looking to get spoon fed, if never done it before and I'm gonna need some expert advice! It's gonna be a drift truck, so what motor would yall recommend? Looking to go cheep if possible, took the box off today and had some fun with it

You've got a lot of reading to do. Do a search on 94 V8 swaps at the top of the thread, then read. The swap itself is fairly easy...
Vaughn Gittin uses a foxbody mustang with a crate pushrod 5.0 and a T5 with 2.73 gears for his "playtoy". I'd run that setup except with 3.08 gears since the truck is lighter in the back...
