doing a 302 swap

ok ive bought my 302. havent decided if i want to go to a 331 or 347 yet. im looking to reach about 330-375 hp and the same in trq. i know i have a better chance of reaching those numbers going to a 347 stroker. im new to engine building and have some concerns as far as the proper intake manifold,carb, etc if i keep it naturally aspirated. its an earlier 70's motor...i was thinking about putting efi to it and using my wiring harness from my 4.0 (96'). i guess my question really is what would be the more beneficial of the two...and would swapping efi onto the motor from a newer model donor vehicle be possible?

Go to the parts store and have them pull the gaskets. If the gaskets match then you can hang the parts most likely.
