Are all automotive circuit breakers of the "resetting? variety?
I ask because both power windows, driver and passenger side are not working, so I looked at the fuses first. It's a 30 CB, hence my question.

I have just finished a head replacement and have not reconnected the ground straps - one from the firewall to the hood and one from the firewall to the engine - could that be the cause?

No rush or worries here as they worked fine before the head replacement and I'm sure it's something dumb that I've done and not undone.

Thanks.

Finish making all electrical connections, especially grounds before trying to troubleshoot electrical problems.

yes, circuit breakers should reset. Some reset automatically when they cool. Some have a button for manual resetting. That is the purpose of circuit breakers instead if fuses.

Thanks Eric. Kinda what I assumed, but really needed some reassurance from someone who knows better. :geek:
