yep explorer rear will go in just like in any other ranger but you'll have to flip the spring pads. Plenty of info in the tech library.

Maybe you could find a 2011 Ranger with rear disc brakes that has been totaled and use that axle. Not as strong as an Explorer though. Only has 28 spline axle shafts.
