I ordered a tailshaft seal, or output shaft seal (driveshaft yoke goes into it) because mine is leaking. (86 Ford Ranger XLT 2.9L 5-speed 2wd) Of course the parts counter guy has it as there's 2 to choose from, the toyo koygo trans one and the mitsu fm145 one. I guess fm145, but on here it says that's the 4wd trans. So my question is, is the tailshaft seal the same diameter? Or will I have to re-order the right one? If it's the same I'll use it, don't see why it wouldn't be but just needed a second opinion. My trans has been leaking to long and I would like to fix that before winter lol. Thanks guys
