Delta Cam rocker arm kit?

Are the Delta Cam rocker arm kits rebuilt rocker arms with new socket inserts pressed in? If so is the socket insert a harder material from stock?

Im thinking of going with the Delta Cam kit since "Silver Seal" claimed to have the socket inserts available a month or two ago, but they have yet to find any after a few phone calls later.

I also see on ebay a kit being sold by enginespecialtyparts for $120 counting S+H w/o core, but believe these are just stock parts that have been inspected for wear.
Anyone dealt with this one before?

Plus, after inspecting my pushrods/rocker arm sockets today I notice they are all worn except the #2cyl and #5cyl exhaust sets, and figure maybe since they are so close to the oil supply. Then all of the exhaust rockers seem to correspond with milky looking oil (i don't think I have a blown head gasket) on the inside walls of the valve covers as if oil was shooting out the hole on the rocker tips. Anyone else notice this in your engine?

One last thing would it be a good idea to plug the hole on the end of each rocker arm?

Thanks

Them holes assure complete oiling inside the head cover. They are supposed to spray oil out all over the head.
