Alright, just finished up swapping in a 1977 dana 44 in my 97 ranger. What u - joint do i need to hook up my driveshaft to the axle? The factory u-joint seems just a little too big

I used one of those half-bred conversion u-joints (1310-1330 IIRC) when I put the D44 under my Ranger many years ago.
The other option is to change the pinion yoke to a 1310 type.
