Custom Grill For My Ranger

[Ranger SVO]

OK, the SVO hood was built last year for my Ranger. Now I need to do a custom grill. I saw all the available grills for the Ranger and I am NOT impressed. So, Like the hood, I'll have to build my own.

Here is my vision

But I'm not sure how to start this grill.

Looks too much like a taurus. Pretty cool looking design work you did though.

It does resemble the Taurus Cop car grill, sometimes called an SHO grill even though it was never used on the SHO

I would like to just mold a taurus grill to the Ranger grill, but the taurus grill is Too small. Already looked at this idea. Also have you tried to find one of these grills? Kind of like my SVO hood scoop, I searched for 5-6 months.

So I have come to the conclusion that I'm gonna have to build this whole thing myself. Only how do I start this project.
