crooked steering colum

I was sitting in my truck today and something didn't feel right. look closer and my steering colum is sideways... never noticed that before, it drives ok. it seems the left part of the colum that goes to the wheel is closer to the door than the left part of the colum that goes to the dash. does anyone else have a colum that doesn't come strait out of the dash too? should i worry and how can i fix it?

If you look at the bridging that holds it to the dash, I think the holes are slotted a bit for adjustment.
