Has anyone used this cam for 2.3 sohc? I'm looking for a mild cam to perk my Ranger up, it's a 1995 obd2, it's under .500" lift so I'm assuming it won't need aftermarket springs or valvetrain geometry changes? Would it trip out the eec without a tuner?

Not yet, and I also figured out it's a slider cam, so it's a no go. I'm gonna put 19lb injectors in and see if that gets me enough power to maintain 70mph in 5th on my daily commute as well as 2.25" catback. All I'm really trying to accomplish is a lil more power for 5th. If that don't cut it, I'm gonna get another 8 plug head and port it and the intake manifold and maybe have a little cut off to bump compression.
