I just got a 93 Ranger XLT the 4 wheel drive is not working (Have no clue)
My other ride is a 80 CJ7 Jeep.

Now the question can or how do I convert the hubs and transfer case to a manual system?

well you need to order manual hubs from warn and then you need to find a manual 1354 tcase from a ford ranger and the tcase shifter. then you can simply swap the tcases out. you also need to make sure you have to 2 bolt holes on the side of your tranny for the bolts for the tcase shifter. if you don't have the holes then you need the tail housing on the tranny too.
