Connector Terminals

[Hawker Driver]

Does anyone know where to get the terminals that ford uses for the connectors on Rangers. I am going to have to modify a few harnesses on the 04 transition to 11 and re-pining connectors is the only way to do it cleanly. The pins on Amazon are close but not exact.

Thanks Ron. This is helpful but what I am really looking for is un-crimped terminals. I am trying to avoid 16 soldered/heat shrunk connections.

I briefly opened Ron's first link and I thought I saw part numbers for terminal.listed in that chart. But I only looked briefly.

Look at the connectors in catalog and find a match you yours, get a part number

They are listed with Ford part numbers, but come in bags of 25 which is most likely overkill, lol
Or maybe you can visually spot what you need

Ford doesn't allow their shops to re-pin defective connections by crimping and/or soldering on new ends/terminals, they just do leads or pigtail swaps, as this can be more reliable and less time consuming, and for sure less technical, lol
Which is why you don't see Ford selling them as separate parts
