Gas in brake booster, hard pedal-all new brakes/kits-new master cylinder and booster, new fuel pressure regulator. We'll see if I did this right. Analog check: 1 sweep, pause, 1 sweep, pause, 1 sweep, bigger pause, 1 sweep, bigger pause, 9 sweeps, pause, 5 sweeps, bigger pause, 9 sweeps, pause, 5 sweeps, nothing else. CEL check: flash, pause, flash, pause, flash, pause, flash, pause, flash, bigger pause, flash, bigger pause, 9 flashes, pause, 5 flashes, bigger pause, 9 flashes, pause, 5 flashes, nothing else. I take it there is a ground issue with the fuel pump but it runs, and not all the time unless engine is running. Yeah, I found out when I was working on the sending unit. Would somebody please try to enlighten me. I'm trying to learn as an old dog here but never got involved with this computer type stuff. Dan

The codes are you getting are telling you there was, at one time, a problem with the fuel pump circuit. The second set where you get the 95 is for memory codes, which means the problem was there at one time, but isn't right now.

The 111 is a system pass code, meaning it checked everything it was supposed to and it didn't find any problems.

What does gas in the booster indicate? Only been on for about 100 miles. With hard pedal, have I blown another booster? Just replaced the FPR yesterday. Drove to work, about 1/4 mile and back, then pedal became hard.

Gas in the booster kills it. The gas was coming from the failed FPR, and yes, you probably damaged this booster.

Oh well, Sure do appreciate the info. Enjoyed reading about your projects.

Booster

You knew ya was right didn't ya. Booster was definitely bad. Feels real good all around pretty much. Should have changed the FPR when the rough idle and stall situations continued along with blowing 2 old boosters. Still got alot to go through but I'll get there. Thanks for the help.
