OK - the procedure there is WAY too complicated for what you need to do. Just run a clear hose from the bleed valve (make sure it fits well) to the master reservoir and secure it so it stays immersed in the fluid. Open the valve. Push the piston on the master cylinder in and out repeatedly until all the air has flowed from the master to the slave and back up the clear hose. When you're convinced that there's no more air in the system, slide back under the truck and close the valve. If the piston now has significant resistance, you've probably fixed the problem. If not, go buy a new one and swap it in.
