I am working on a 93 Ranger 4.0 and m5od. I broke the clutch line while removing the trans and bought a replacement with the trans I bought. I couldn't get the new line out of the slave cylinder so I installed the trans and line together. Now the issue I am having is I can't seem to get any pressure while trying to bleed the system. I do get some air and fluid when I crack the bleeder screw but it doesn't seem to change at all. this truck is a budget build and I don't want to spend any more money on it since I am selling it when I am done. I bought the truck for $300 trans and line was $450 plus $40 in gas to go after the trans and a $75 battery.

The easiest way I've found to do it, is go up under the dash and remove the snap ring that holds the plunger in the clutch master cylinder, then slowly pull the plunger out of the master cylinder, and it will release air trapped in it, it will dribble a little bit of fluid too so put something down to keep from making a mess. Then just put it back together, bleed the slave again for piece of mind, and that should do it.

I will give it a try tomorrow. Thanks for the tip!
