Clunking sound in rear end

hi I'm wondering if anybody knows if all Ford/ mazdas make a clunking sound around rear brake drums wheel area I grab the box today an shook it from side to side for no reason really an a clunking sound happens on both sides we have mechanics on site where I work and they said all Ford and Mazda trucks do that just wanna know if they are right this is my first Mazda b4000

my b4000 does that when i grab the tires and shake them back and forth. so yeah i think its normal. nothings came off yet:dunno:
 
Yea side to side play is normal, there's some slack in the axle housing so you can push in the axle to pop off the clip to take the axle apart
