I want to run my buddies 33s (bfgoodwrench km1s) on my 88 ranger (first gen) but I only have a 3 inch body lift, any ideas for extra clearance for cheap without having to cut the front fenders, first gens are getting rare (especially my dual tank 5 speed manual tcase power everything!) So I don't really want to hack it up. They are 33x12.50x15s on 10 inch wide wheels btw. Thanks for the input in advance

Here's my neat old '83 with a 2.8 L motor. I added a 3 inch suspension lift and a 3 inch bl and I ran 33x12.5x15 with no problems. Lots of room as you can see. The truck looks good with this setup. It is a Skyjacker setup and a Performance Accessories bl. Great combo for work and play.

This what it looked light right before the lift was done. It makes a really big difference, huh?

My grandmas 83 Perkins diesel had those exact rims lol

i have a 3" BL and 4" suspension lift and clear 33 nicely, they are within 1/2" of touching my fenders when its flexed though

hm, i dont really want to have to run another 4 inches just to clear 33s. that kinda sucks, i love the first gen front end but i hate that fact we can't run a 3" bl and 33s like everyone else. any other options? explorer coils/leafs? if so where can i get them cheap?
