if i get washers to make my truck sit level (i have no lift) i just want my truck sitting level will i have bad chamber an should i get an alignment

Anytime you change the suspension ride height you will need an alignment.
Yes if you add spacers your camber will go positive. Yes it is correctable with the proper alignment bushings.
