There was a local car show and I decided to enter my truck for kicks and giggles. Here are the pics:

WOW.........that brings back memories......I had one of those, mine was black with white vinyl top & white/black interior with 383.

NICE pics!

some beautiful cars there, your truck looks really good too :icon_thumby:

thanks guys.

That Ford GT That Ranger looks nice too

The funny thing about the owner of that car is that someone asked him how hard it was to change the spark plugs on it and he replied "What spark plugs?" wow....

thanks guys.

A lot of those cars are so babied that it probably still has the original plugs. The dealer my brother works at sold an '06 awhile ago that had 2k on it.

From what I gathered about working on it, if in doubt... it is a PITA.

Those two 69 GT500's caught my eye, the red one especially. It's a rare occasion to have one, let alone two in a car show. Very nice.

I might stick "The Old Eight Nine" in the local show in September. It still needs some interior work, but the outside looks good enough.

Thanks for sharing the pics.

I would probably put my truck in a car show, it looks nice enough except for the scratches on the bumper....

I need to do some touch up work on my tail gate and I may enter mine once or twice to see how I do.

Wow, so many nice cars and old muscle.

Those Yenkos are really rare...nicely done.

The Porsche would probably get me some action but as I get older I find myself more like the 1912.
