My trucks due for some shocks, and I was wondering if I could lift it simply by adding longer shocks? Just want another inch or two. Sorry if this sounds dumb, my specialty is under the hood, not suspensions lol

Only way they would lift a truck is if they were long enough to bottom them out and forcing the truck up, but by the time you hit a bump, they'll need to be changed again.

No, you can't lift a vehicle by the shocks.

you can lift the back end up with air shocks, but i don't think they make them for the front.

You can probably raise the truck up to a half inch with coil over shocks. But they are most designed for the rear shocks when carrying extra lbs.

Best way to lift the truck is with spacers or bigger tires.
