Can’t bleed after disk swap

I haven't done this Mustang disc brake conversion, but in this picture the calipers are at the rear: https://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/images/disc_brakes/mustang_disc-13.JPG

Your pic looks like its at the front, so parking brake cable has to loop back, which is OK but would make the stock cables too short

Also on any caliper the bleeder needs to be at the top, where any air would collect, is that what you have?

Yeah, I was thinking check a Haynes or motor manual, sometimes the photos in there will come across enough to maybe sort out some of that.
I wouldn't want any cable that wraps around stationary parts on its way to the pads

Bleeders are at the top and they are bleeding well now.

Good catch on the calipers being at the rear, I will have to look at that tomorrow. I didn’t think they could go the other way but I bet your right and I got the 50/50 guess wrong 😂

Swapped the calipers so the cables are pointing the other direction. It helped but still not good enough to hook right up and work. I did some ghetto rigging with cable clamps, and a turn buckle and it’s almost done. Just need to give the turn buckle a few move turns to get it to engage a little stronger.

Also the calipers are bleed well and I have rear brakes again! Just need to do some hard stops and test the rear abs
