CamShaft Position Sensor and Synchronizer?

CamShaft Position Sensor but truck still wont start

I recently posted asking about the CamShaft Position Sensor, however, I found it and replaced it, but truck still won't start.

My wife was driving about 35 MPH and the truck just died. The tow person checked it out and said it was the camshaft position sensor. I changed it and it still a no go.

The truck turns like it wants to start but just can't get it to go.

Any thoughts of what else it could be?
