For the life of me i can't find anything that connects to it and I remember it was connected to something.

Light blue/red is for Dash lights

Yes I have AC. Umm here is a closer pic. I'm not home, I can get a better picture later.

I assume...............since connector is clipped to firewall via "air box" that those wires run to the large firewall connector
So the wires that plug into it will be on the dash, my guess is Heater/AC control panel

I don't have a 1989 dash cab wiring diagram, oldest I have 1991 and only includes some of the wiring
