Bronco II Trail Toy Project

Hey,

Wanted to start a build thread for my 1990 Bronco II. I found this in Lakewood, Wa for $600! It's an Eddie Bauer edition with a 2.9, manual, and factory D35 front. It's a little rough and has a rod knock, but was drivable. The plan is swap the 2.9 for the 4.0. Add a lift (James Duff Stage 2), tires, and refresh the interior so the wife will actually ride in it The sun roof and windshield both leak.

I've got a couple young kids, so I hope to use this project to teach them how to work on their own cars.

Looks like it's in pretty good shape! You already have the Dana 35, manual trans and transfer case, so all you need now is the 4.0.

Excited to see work getting done on it.
