Auto trans BS.

The motor I’m using came out of a 91 auto. I’m using a manual trans. Will I run into issues of its not plugged in? Can I cut it or cap it?

Will it still crank, and do your reverse lights work?

Not sure. Truck will not be running for another 2 months. It’s a rolling chassis now. I’m doing a frame off rebuild and I’m about 50% done. Everything is going back together now. Motor is on a stand. I’m trying to do as much motor work as possible and wiring before the motor trans and transfer case goes back on the frame.
