If you want an actual sticker (as opposed to decal), you can do it yourself at home with your computer/printer. All you need is sticky-back printer paper. I've made lots of stickers that way.

i want a vinyl sticker, i think they call it a car wrap, that would cover my entire tailgate, that would be too much paper to print for me lol

Try a local sign shop. A vehicle "wrap" is vinyl with something printed on it, a vinyl decal is just colored vinyl. I have a vinyl cutter but I'm not in Jersey!
