Blower motor/ resistor

Is there a way to test the blower motor resistor? My truck sometimes blows strong and sometimes has low airflow. ive replaced the resostor once as well as the blower motor and still the same issue.

The resistor controls ground to the blower motor it could be wire/connector related find the ground that goes to the blower switch and follow the path to the motor. Is it still the same problem after changing the motor and resistor? Look at your schematic and just follow the wires. Basically high speed bypasses the resistors could be a loose burnt connector?
