BII tail gate spare tire swap

Ok I was wondering if anyone has done or seen it done I wanna use a bII tail gate spare tire mount on my 89 ranger I hate crawling under my truck when I get a flat and my 33 12.50 won't fit in there and I hate having the spare loose in the bed
