best way to remove spray paint

ok so as u kno iv sprayed both my bumper and my rimz and both look gay the bumper i have no idia how im gonna do but my rimz as soon as i get back to school ill sand blast them in the cabnet unless theres a easyer way sooo whats the best way to get rid of spraypaint other than sandblasting

MEK methyl ethyl ketone will strip anything including the skin on your arms, i think you can buy it at places like ICI paints.
