so snagged some 4.88s for the rear on the cheap from ebay, So now I need the fronts, Thinking autozone may have the best deal atm with there 20% off code, will put me at 157 for the front.

You got the rear gear new or used on Ebay? I see a lot of Junk Yards on Ebay that sell good used stuff for our Rangers. Check them out. I run Yukon gears and I love them. Really great strong axles and gears. Check the parts store here and see what you can get as well.
