Best place to get replacement carpet?

I'm looking to order a new carpet for my '85 reg cab in black. I'm guessing it's going to be LMC, but I was wondering if anyone has actually ordered carpet and received a quality product. I don't want to end up with some thin crap that sheds or something weird like that.

I've read a few posts where they used the LMC carpet but didn't see any follow ups about the quality.

I did learn that the dash replacements are not actual replacements but were a cover of sorts to go over the original.

I have a kit from LMC, looks pretty decent and is holding up excellent.

Of course right after I got it I decided I want to put a 5 speed in the truck and noticed I need to replace a floor pan so 6 years later it is still in the box.

If you look around I think you can get it elsewhere too, I remember finding the name of the company that makes it for LMC at the time.

Ive always used www.stockinteriors.com with excellent results. Always a quality fitting carpet.

Rockauto.com also sells carpet. I got some for a '96 Explorer and it fit great.

I've also used stock interiors and was impressed with the quality and the people. Actually got a pretty decent discount for telling them I was a first time buyer from them and retired military. But I also purchased the headliner fabric, glue and interior paint from them.

stock interiors are auto custom carpet (ACC for short)...pretty much any aftermarket carpet kit is made by ACC no matter where you buy it. Very good quality, and tons of choices.

Stock Interiors as mentioned above is awesome. I have bought carpet and vinyl molded material from them several times and it's been very good quality, and the prices are great.
