bellhousing

anyone kno how many bolts hold a 85 4spd bellhousing on an where there located? doin the clutch an just gotta drop the tranny an do er' up, i see a few bolts on top of the housing but those are the only ones i see so far.

There are 6 bellhousing bolts, two starter bolts, and two small bolts on the very bottom if they haven't already been left out.

yea i kno bout the starter ones an the two small ones on the bottom well one on mine, ones gone, but the 6 are they towards the top of the housing?

no there are two at the top and two on each side on in the middle and one at the bottom on each side

ahhhh i found the bolts!!!! but how in thee holy hell do you get them off there on there like jb welded in there it seems! all i can get on the bolt is a normal wrench 1/2" i think an cant get anything else on the bolt an these aint comin off with pure elbow grease alone lol
