Well, to be honest everybody, I haven't even touched my 4x4 90 Ranger in over a year. I don't know if I've lost interest in it, but I have lost a lot of motivation to do anything with it.

I've thought about scrapping it since I doubt I could get any money out of it. The engine needed to be rebuilt/replaced, and I was considering a 302 swap and a SAS and use it as a fun little beater truck.

Money isn't in large quantities for me right now, and in the next few months I will be having to drive further to get to work and back and will want/need something that I can rely on and still get somewhat decent mileage out of.

I'm thinking about just pulling it back up to the house and see if I can't get it cleaned up enough to try and sell/trade it. If I can't do that with it, I might try to get a motor swap started on it just so I can have something as a backup vehicle. If I can sell/trade it, I want to get a 3rd gen+ 2wd and build me a mini out of it.

What do y'all think I should do? I really don't want to get rid of it, but I need to do something with it. I don't think a 2wd swap would even be worth the trouble for it.
