back slideing glass interchange????

I have a question. I have a 91 ranger extended cab with a broken glass an a guy has a 92 ranger extended cab will they interchange? if not what will?I dont want to go thru the hassle of driveing there to find out it wont work.Please help

I'd say it's a pretty safe bet they'd fit. I recently pulled a sliding rear window from a '96 extended cab to put in my '86 extended cab. The window fit fine and the only difference I noticed was a different style latch.

This is probably about four months late for you, but maybe it'll help somebody else.

all extended cabs from i believe 89 up until 05 IIRC are interchangeable. i have a solid out of a 89 in my 93.

Doesn't necessarily help for the OP but my 97 has solid glass from a 95. It originally had a slider. The swap was CAKE. I have a friend that does auto glass and he installed it in about 5 minutes. I took the solid glass out of the 95 in about 10 minutes without ever doing it before.... A bit unsettling to be completely honest....
