B2000 and ranger transmission same different

I was wondering if ranger and b2000 b2200 transmissions were the same

80s in general mabey any years specific that were the same I'm looking for a b2000 rwd tranny for a project but there pretty scarce in my neck of the woods were as rangers are plentiful its for a 2.0l rf Mazda diesel swap

Probably different, but I don't know a lot about the actual Mazda B-series, just the Ranger clones from the 90s.

On the other hand, it's entirely possible that the bell pattern is the same even if the trans is different, which means it would be workable.
