That's definitely a "Southern Customs" or a "Mark III" truck. Never seen a Ranger, but I've seen enough GMC and F-150's with this conversion to know them when I see them. The body kit and faded Paint scheme are dead give-a-ways.

all i know is it looks awesome. put a front air dam on it so it looks complete and that would be a sweet truck for taking to and from work
