Auto to 5 speed Conversion?!?!

So here the thing my tranny in my truck is gonna blow up soon...So i just wanted to know some options to take towards this problem..Should i just get another auto one or swap a 5speed if they aint to hard to do>>>1999 Ford Ranger 4x4 4.0L 2001 Front Bumper
