Maybe according to grade school geography, but there are several different official regional classifications used by various official entities. AR tends to bounce around a lot.

We ain't none of them, we are TRS. So here Arkansas is technically in the Southern Midwest. So take your nonsense and get out of my region.

Kidding of course, ya ain't got to leave, but you might have to move if being in the Southeast region of TRS means that much to you. This is how the Regions have been laid out on this site for the last 10+ years, and I doubt that it'll change any time soon.

BTW: Arkansas would technically be in the "South" region and "West South Central" district according to the Census Bureau.

1) Sarcasm doesn't carry well online. Beyond that, I was only returning the tone received.

2) I'm not staff or a moderator, I update the member list in this section voluntarily. It helps when people post to the right section.

3) On TRS, Arkansas is classified as being in the Southern Midwest. If you don't like it, too bad. Take it up with Jim or a moderator if you want it changed, but don't hold your breath.
