Anyone know where these bolts go?

So the story goes I removed the engine/trans/transfer case over the summer in a 92 2.9 ranger. Long story short the time the motor spent out of the truck was a lot longer then anticipated. Had all the bolts organized with the exception of the two in the picture. No doubt a "I'll remember what those go to". In the picture you can see that they are slightly tapered toward the head. If anyone can jog my memory that would be great

They look like starter bolts but not 100%
